Job Description: 1. Responsible for creating the BIM Models & providing necessary supports and services to the operations and tenders; 2. Collaborate innovation initiatives to support the tender presentations and promote execution strategies at corporate level; 3. Manage BIM technology implementation and assuring the quality deliverables on construction projects; 4. Maintain accurate data set in drawings, design specifications and project schedules; 5. Support new innovative projects. Key Requirements: 1. Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent; 2. At least 3 years working experience with construction industry; 3. Building project experience advantageous; 4. Hands-on BIM software / applications experiences preferable (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks); 5. Persuasive selling skills; 6. Sound analytical and problem solving skills; 7. Good command of English, and Chinese¡¤ Workable English and Chinese skill; 8. Able to accept local package.
